Johor Clubman Race

Entering its fifth year of existence, it's very popular amongst newcomers / club members due to its low-price entry level. JCircuit / Johor Motor Club has been able to make it affordable.

For Clubman races, budding racers need only to be a member of a club, in this case Johor Motor Club (JMC). He/she goes for a medical check-up to check his/her health status and he/she is ready to race.

After a series of training sessions / familiarisation sessions at the circuit the car or bike member prepares himself/herself for a Clubman race. The race is so popular that it draws something like 150 – 180 newcomers each year – especially for the bike category.

A low entry fee of RM 75 (bike) / RM 120 (car) allows them to race in a 6 – 8 lap race. They have to comply with attire and full gear regulations for the race.

The Johor Clubman Race is a series of races which will be the thrust of grassroot development for newcomers down south in particular, and Malaysia in general

Type of races includes Proton Series Production, Underbone 110cc, Series Production Bikes up to 150cc.
